Marilyn J.
Rumsey, MSW, MPH, CEAP, founder and President of Alternative Paths, Inc. Marilyn has
extensive experience as an Executive Coach including three years as an
external coach for BP. She has over 20 years experience in marriage and family therapy, addictions, and individual and family counseling. She is the author of numerous published
articles, including co-authoring Ethical Dilemmas of Workplace Counseling. Marilyn has served as Commissioner for Certification for Employee Assistance Professionals, Past President of the Houston Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and Chair of the Ethics Committee. |

| Kirk Harlow, Dr.P.H., Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner of Alternative Paths, Inc. Kirk has been involved in human resource management
consulting and research for over fifteen years. In addition to his
work with Alternative Paths, he also is President of DecisionStat,
a human resource and management consulting firm. He served on the faculty of the University of Houston-Clear Lake for fifteen years where he
Chaired the Human Resource Management Program. He is internationally known for his employee assistance program research. |

Ava Profota, M.S.W., EAP Coordinator.
Ava specializes in addictions--alcohol and chemical dependency. She is certified in critical incident stress debriefing and is an experienced group facilitator.
Prior to joining Alternative Paths, Ava worked for a number of years in
hospital management.

William A. Wandell, Ph.D. A graduate of the University of Colorado
and the University of Houston, Dr. Wandell is a clinical psychologist with over 35 years of experience. He has
many years of experience with all types of addictions, including gambling, alcohol and drugs, marriage and family therapy, anger management, stress management, and group and individual counseling, and in working with various religious
and cultural issues.

Stacey Laves-Khalifa, LPC, LMFT, LCDC. Stacey has over 16 years experience in child and adolescent counseling, marriage and family therapy, and addictions treatment. She is certified in critical incident stress management, and is fluent in French for those who require counseling in that
language.

Texas. In addition, Alternative Paths has a network of affiliates in
other areas of the United States, and can set up additional affiliates to
